The contact and custom merch forms do not store anything on this website. When you submit, the details you entered are placed into an email draft in your own mail app and are only sent when you send that email. Management then processes them to answer your enquiry.

If you place a merch order, the name, email, phone and shipping address you enter are used to produce and ship that order. Products are printed on demand, so the order and address data are passed to the print-on-demand and shipping partners handling fulfilment. They are used for the order only, not for marketing.

The cart itself is stored locally in your browser. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

Pages on this site embed players and links from Spotify, YouTube and other platforms. When an embed loads, the provider can receive your IP address and set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. Video embeds are loaded only after you click play, so nothing is requested from the provider until then.

The hosting provider records standard technical log data (IP address, time, requested page, browser) to deliver and secure the site. This data is not used to profile visitors.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy of the data held about you, and you can object to processing. Email management@officialraver.com and it will be handled. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
