Terms & shop conditions

This site is the official home of the artist RAVER. Content is provided for personal and editorial use. Do not copy, resell or re-upload the music, artwork, photos or videos without written permission.

All merch is printed on demand. Prices shown in the shop are per item; shipping and any applicable taxes or import duties are calculated at fulfilment and shown before payment. A contract comes into effect when your order is confirmed by email.

Production usually takes 2–7 working days, plus carrier transit time depending on destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. If an item cannot be produced, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

Faulty, damaged or wrongly printed items are replaced or refunded — email management@officialraver.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.

Standard catalogue items can be returned under the applicable statutory withdrawal right. Personalised pieces made to your own name, number or artwork are produced individually and are excluded from the withdrawal right once production has started, unless they are faulty.

Custom requests are quotes, not orders. Nothing is charged until you approve the quote we send back. You are responsible for having the rights to any name, number or artwork you ask us to print.

Enquiries sent through the contact page are not confirmations. A show is only booked once a written agreement is signed by management.

The site is provided as is. Statistics, dates and external information can change and are published without warranty. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
